Beste ouders
Over minder dan 1 maand is het zo ver, de leukste periode van het scoutsjaar: groot kamp!
Waar en wanneer? Het kamp zal dit jaar plaatsvinden in 4920 Aywaille, provincie Luik op:
- Voor de kapoenen van donderdag 24 tot maandag 28 juli.
- Voor de wouters van dinsdag 22 tot maandag 28 juli.
- Voor de jojo’s van zaterdag 19 tot maandag 28 juli.
- Voor de givers van dinsdag 15 tot maandag 28 juli.
De jojo’s en de givers worden op de afgesproken dag om 9u aan het station van Brussel-Centraal verwacht en zullen samen met hun leiding met de trein naar het kamp gaan. Hun grote rugzakken kunnen op 14 juli aan het materiaallokaal: Aimé Smekenslaan 80, 1200 Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe afgezet worden en worden dan met de camion tot aan kamp vervoerd.
De kapoenen en de wouters zullen via een carpoolsysteem naar het kamp gebracht worden en spreken allemaal eerst af om 9u aan het lokaal op hun dag van vertrek waar u ook het exacte adres meekrijgt. Duid bij het inschrijven zeker aan of u kunt rijden of niet en hoeveel plek u heeft.
Voor de terugweg wordt voor alle takken een bus voorzien, en kunt u ze rond 18u komen ophalen, opnieuw aan het materiaallokaal: Aimé Smekenslaan 80, 1200 Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe.
Extra info? Alle informatie vindt u in de kampboekjes die op de site staan (www.kruisboog-hadewijch.be > explovita (agenda) > kampboekje), zoals het kampthema, de exacte uren, het adres voor brieven, wat de leden zeker wel moeten meenemen en wat zeker niet, contactgegevens van de leiding, etc.
Al helemaal enthousiast? U kunt uw kind(eren) inschrijven door dit formulier in te vullen. De inschrijvingen zijn open tot en met 5 juli . Alle medische informatie geeft u in op het medische steekfiche/steekkaart via groepsadministratie. Hulp nodig bij de inschrijving en/of het steekfiche? Stuur een mailtje of berichtje naar de leiding van uw kind!
U kan het bedrag storten op het rekeningnummer van Scouts en Gidsen Kruisboog-Hadewijch: BE16 4269 0923 9174 met de vermelding: [naam] [tak] en “Groot kamp”.
De kostprijs van het groot kamp is dit jaar:
- Voor de kapoenen €90 voor het enige/eerste kind en € 80 voor jongere broers/zussen
- Voor de wouters €120 voor het enige/eerste kind en €110 voor jongere broers/zussen
- Voor de jojo’s €160 voor het enige/eerste kind en €150 voor jongere broers/zussen
- Voor de Givers €195 voor het enige/eerste kind en €185 voor jongere broers/zussen
Te duur? Voor wie steun kan gebruiken bij het betalen van deze bedragen, bestaat Scouting op maat. Hierbij betalen ouders die steun kunnen gebruiken maar 1/3 van de prijs. Ook betalen mutualiteiten/ziekenfondsen het kamp deels terug, bezorg ons (de groepsleiding) dus na het kamp zeker het formulier van uw mutualiteit zodat we het officiële document voor deze terugbetaling in orde kunnen brengen.

Chers parents
Dans moins d’un mois, ce sera la meilleure période de l’année scoute : le grand camp !
Où et quand? Le camp aura lieu cette année au 4920 Aywaille, province de Liège, le :
- Pour les “kapoenen” du jeudi 24 au lundi 28 juillet.
- Pour les “wouters” du mardi 22 au lundi 28 juillet.
- Pour les “jojo’s” du samedi 19 au lundi 28 juillet.
- Pour les “givers” du mardi 15 au lundi 28 juillet.
Les “jojo’s” et les “givers” sont attendus à la gare de Bruxelles-Centrale le jour convenu à 9h et prendront le train avec leurs chefs pour le camp. Leurs grands sacs à dos peuvent être déposés au “materiaallokaal” le 14 juillet : Avenue Aimé Smekens 80, 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert et seront ensuite transportés au camp avec le camion.
Les “kapoenen” et les “wouters” seront amenés au camp par un système de covoiturage et tous se retrouveront d’abord à 9 heures au locale le jour de leur départ où l’adresse exacte vous sera également communiquée. Lors de l’inscription, n’oubliez pas d’indiquer si vous pouvez conduire ou non et combien de place vous avez.
Pour le retour, un bus est prévu pour toutes les groupes, et vous pouvez venir les récupérer vers 18 heures, toujours au “materiaallokaal” : Aimé Smekenslaan 80, 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert
Infos supplémentaires ? Toutes les informations peuvent être trouvées dans les “kampboekjes” sur le site (www.kruisboog-hadewijch.be > explovita (agenda) > kampboekje), telles que le thème du camp, les heures exactes, l’adresse pour les lettres, ce que les membres doivent absolument emporter avec eux et ce qu’ils ne peuvent pas prendre, coordonnées des chefs, etc.
Déjà enthousiaste ? Vous pouvez inscrire votre enfant (s) en remplissant ce formulaire. Les inscriptions sont ouvertes jusqu’au 5 juillet. Vous pouvez saisir toutes les informations médicales sur la fiche médicale / “steekkaart” via “groepsadministratie” sur groepsadmin.scoutsengidsenvlaanderen.be. Besoin d’aide pour l’inscription et/ou la fiche médicale ? Envoyez un courriel ou un message aux chefs de votre enfant !
Vous pouvez faire un versement vers le numéro de compte de Scouts et Guides Kruisboog-Hadewijch : BE16 4269 0923 9174 avec la mention : [prénom] [nom] [groupe] et “Groot kamp”.
Le prix du grand camp cette année est :
- Pour les “kapoenen” €90 pour le seul / premier enfant et €80 pour les jeunes frères / sœurs
- Pour les “wouters” €120 pour le seul / premier enfant et €110 pour les jeunes frères / sœurs
- Pour les “jojo’s” €160 pour le seul / premier enfant et €150 pour les jeunes frères / sœurs

Trop cher ? Pour ceux qui le souhaitent, une aide est à votre disposition pour payer ces montants, le “Scouting op Maat” existe. Les parents qui peuvent utiliser l’aide ne paient que 1/3 du prix. Les mutuelles / caisses d’assurance maladie remboursent également partiellement le camp, donc après le camp, veuillez nous fournir (aux chefs d’unité) le formulaire de votre assurance maladie afin que nous puissions remplir le document officiel pour ce remboursement.

Dear parents
In less than one month, it will be the best period of the scouts year: groot kamp!
Where and when? The camp will take place this year in 4920 Aywaille, province of Liège on:
- For the “kapoenen” from Thursday 24 to Monday 31 July.
- For the “wouters” from Tuesday 22 to Monday 31 July.
- For the “jojo’s” from Saturday 19 to Monday 31 July.
- For the “givers” from Tuesday 15 to Monday 31 July.
The “jojo’s” and the “givers” are expected at the Brussels-Central station on the agreed day at 9am and will take the train with their leaders to the camp. Their large backpacks can be dropped off at the “materiaallokaal” on July 14: Aimé Smekenslaan 80, 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert and are then transported to camp with the camion.
The “kapoenen” and the “wouters” will be brought to camp via a carpool system and all meet first at 9am at the local on their day of departure where you will also be given the exact address. When registering be sure to indicate if you can drive or not and how much room you have.
For the way back, a bus is provided for all groups, and you can pick them up around 6 pm, again at the “materiaallokaal” : Aimé Smekenslaan 80, 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert.

All information can be found in the “kampboekjes” on the site (www.kruisboog-hadewijch.be > explovita (agenda) > “kampboekje”), such as the camp theme, the exact hours, the address for letters, what the members should definitely take with them and what certainly not, contact details of the leaders, etc.
Already very enthusiastic? You can register your child (ren) by filling in this form. The registrations are open until July 5. You can enter all medical information on the medical sheet / “steekkaart” via “groupsadministratie” at groepsadmin.scoutsengidsenvlaanderen.be. Need help with the registration and / or the medical sheet? Send an email or message to the leaders of your child!

The cost of the “groot kamp” this year is:
- For the “kapoenen” €90 for the only / first child and €80 for younger brothers / sisters
- For the “wouters” €120 for the only / first child and €110 for younger brothers / sisters
- For the “jojo’s” €160 for the only / first child and €150 for younger brothers / sisters
- For the “givers” €195 for the only / first child and 185 for younger brothers / sisters
Too expensive? For those who can use support paying these amounts, “Scouting op Maat” exists. Parents who can use support only pay 1/3 of the price. Additionally, mutualities / health insurance funds also partly reimburse the camp, so after the camp, please provide us (the group leaders) with the form of your health insurance so that we can arrange the official document for this reimbursement
